WARNINGS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

• Do not use, if package is damaged.
• Avoid eye contact.
• In case of accidental eye contact꞉ Immediately gently rinse eye/s with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical assistance immediately.
• Do not use if known allergy to Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethanol and Glycerol.
• The user should stop using the product should an allergic reaction occur and seek medical attention.
  
  

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Spray Surivē™ Hand Sanitizer onto hands.
• Rub hands together until dry.
• Ensure all surfaces of hands are covered.

SIDE EFFECTS

• If sensitivity to the product occurs, stop using the product.

IDENTIFICATION

• A clear, colourless fluid with a fresh Lemon grass fragrance.

PRESENTATION

• Hand spray:    100ml plastic bottle containing 100ml of liquid.
• Sprayer:    White plastic sprayer delivers a gentle micro-mist spray with removable cap.
